Corporate Volunteer Engagement in Canada’s Capital

For the first time ever, SmartSimple is taking part in Volunteer Canada’s Annual Business and Community Engagement Forum in Ottawa, Canada, on September 9th and 10th, 2014.

The conference offers workshops for business leaders, academic researchers and practitioners in the public, private and non-profit sectors. It’s a great opportunity for industry professionals to showcase and explore practices, models and tools that strengthen community engagement and employer-supported volunteering in Canada.

Todd Lapin, SmartSimple’s Director of Strategic Accounts, will be running things at the SmartSimple booth, introducing participants to our solutions for volunteer management, employee giving, grants management and more. SmartSimple Attends the Conference Board of Canada’s Corporate Social Responsibility Conference

On October 29 th and 30 th , the SmartSimple team took part in the very first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Conference. Hosted by the Conference Board of Canada, the event took place at the Hilton in Toronto, Canada. The theme for this inaugural event was Delivering Meaningful Impact.
