Introducing Online Chat in SmartSimple's Community Portal

At SmartSimple, we're always looking for new ways to better serve our clients. That's why we're excited to announce online chat functionality in your SmartSimple Community Portal.

To begin a chat session, log into your SmartSimple Community Portal and select the Live Chat tab (note the blue arrow in the screenshot below) on the left side of your screen.



Our dedicated support team is available from 5 am - 9 pm EST to answer your questions.
